Previous reports on Twitter from @MMDDJ claimed that the Galaxy P30 and Galaxy P30+ will be the first Samsung devices to have in-display fingerprint scanners but newer rumors claiming that these devices will have an LCD panel. It is generally known that the in-display fingerprint technology is incompatible with LCD panels.

However, these two devices may be China-only smartphones, as the company wants to compete with its Chinese rivals. So, the Galaxy P30 and Galaxy P30+ are expected to launch as early as next month.

Coming to the Samsung Galaxy P30, it is said to arrive with the model number SM-G6200. Other details about the device haven’t revealed yet. Samsung has arranged an event on October 4th which could be the unveiling of Galaxy A9 Star Pro phone. Since there is no official confirmation, we expect the company to launch the new Galaxy P30 smartphones on the same day.
