Even though the Poco F1 may get tough competition from other competitors such as OnePus 6 and Oppo Find X, the battery capacity in flagship phones in this price segment is comparatively less. But the POCO F1 comes with a massive 4000mAh battery, can last all day long on a single charge. Furthermore, the device has support for Qualcomm Quick charge 3.0 through USB type C port.

Camera Setup

The smartphone features the same camera setup which is used in Xiaomi Mi MIX 2s and Mi8. Nevertheless, dissimilar to other flagship competitors, the secondary sensor in a Poco F1 is a depth sensor. The primary 12 MP sensor is a Sony IMX 363 with 1.4-micron pixel size and a 5MP secondary sensor. The Poco F1 comes with a dual-pixel autofocus that we’ve seen in Samsung Galaxy S7 which enhances focus speed and accuracy.

Infrared Face Unlock

The Poco F1 features an IR blaster assisted face-unlock. Even though it might not be as secure as Apple iPhone X’s face unlock feature, it is especially at the price of Rs 20,999. Surprisingly the face unlock works even in low light conditions, unlike other phones. The Face Unlock feature on the Poco F1 is being achieved by using the 20 MP front-facing camera with the IR blaster sensor.
