The Sony Xperia XZ2 was launched at Mobile World Congress in February. MySmartPrice disclosed the upcoming Sony Xperia XZ3 and hinted that the phone will look akin to the Xperia XZ2 Premium. Xperia XZ2 Premium was a phone from Sony to offer dual rear camera setup. However, the phone was a little slippery and the phone’s heavy metal frame was uncomfortable in hand.

Although, it seems the company does not like to rebrand the Xperia XZ3. The upcoming phone also looks like the predecessor Xperia XZ2 Premium and the phone will offer the fingerprint sensor at that strange location.

The leaked image of the upcoming Xperia XZ3 reveals that the Xperia XZ3 will have a single rear camera while the XZ2 Premium had dual rear camera setup. The fingerprint sensor will be in the center of the back panel, which might not appeal to all kinds of users.

However, the leak does not expose the specifications and features of the Xperia XZ3. But it is expected that the Xperia XZ3 will be powered by a Snapdragon 845 chip. It will have a Full HD+ display with Bravia engine and might pack at least 4GB of RAM and 64GB storage. The device could be priced at about $800 in the United States, making it a tough sell against smartphones like the LG G7+ ThinQ and Samsung Galaxy S9+.
