Huawei has launched the P30 Pro and P30 Lite in India today at an event and Huawei’ sub-brand Honor is expected to unveil two new smartphones by the end of this month, dubbed as the Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro. But prior to the launch event, the Honor 20 Lite got leaked in full glory on the internet revealing its design and key specifications.
We now have a look at the device’s official renders alongside the Honor 20 Lite specs. Take a look:
The rear of the smartphone sports a gradient design with a triple camera setup paired with a LED flash. There is a physical fingerprint sensor. The leaked image also shows the power and volume rocker buttons on the right side of the phone. Furthermore, the headphone jack, micro USB charging port, and loudspeaker appear to be placed at the bottom of the device. As you can see in the images, the Honor 20 Lite is likely to be offered in at least two options: Plain Black model and an Aurora gradient design.
Honor 20 Lite Leaked Specifications, Price
The leak of the Honor 20 Lite also revealed the kind of the specifications this forthcoming smartphone is likely to boast. The Honor 20 Lite will sport a 6.21-inch IPS LCD screen with a resolution 2340 × 1080 pixels and a waterdrop-shaped notch. Under the hood, you’ll find a HiSilicon Kirin 710 chipset alongside 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. There will also be a microSD card slot for storage expansion.
In the camera section, the Honor 20 Lite will have a triple rear camera setup that comprises of the 24MP camera with an f/1.8 aperture. This will be paired with an 8MP 120-degree ultra-wide sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. Up front, you get a 32MP front-facing camera with an f/2.0 aperture for selfies. Similar to all Huawei and Honor phones, the camera app on the Honor 20 will offer a few handy AI-assisted modes and features.
On the software front, the upcoming Honor 20 Lite will come with Huawei’s EMUI skin running on top which is based on the Android 9.0 Pie. Powering the device is a 3400mAh battery that charges over the old micro USB standard. The device is said to measure 7.95mm thick and weigh in at 164 grams. The connectivity options on the Honor 20 Lite include dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The Honor 20 Lite is expected to be priced under the Rs. 20,000 segment as the upcoming Honor 10.i also features similar specs.
