Honor Magic 2 specifications and images leaked ahead of launch scheduled on October 31

If the rumours are believed the Honor’s latest flagship smartphone is gearing up to launch on 31st of this month in China. The smartphone is already shined in the Huawei sub-brand’s event at IFA 2018, Where the key highlights of the smartphone are to arrive with the company’s flagship HiSilicon Kirin 980 SoC, a bezel-less display with a manual camera slider, and the latest 40W SuperCharge technology.

From past few days the Honor Magic 2 is rounding up with leaks and rumours which emerged with major specifications, design features, and live images of the upcoming Honor Magic 2 ahead of launch.where the specifications are already surfaced in TENNA but sadly with no images. But luckily, live images appeared on Zanilia Zhao’s Weibo profile – she was gifted a mesmerizing red Honor Magic 2 and now we know how the phone will look like.

According to leaked specifications in TENNA, The upcoming smartphone will have Kirin 980 chipset with clock speeds up to 2.6 GHz, coupled with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage.The smartphone flaunts a 6.39-inch full-HD+ (1080×2340 pixels) AMOLED display panel with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio and almost 100% screen-to-body ratio.

On the imaging duties, while we look into the image the rear side of the Honor Magic 2 reveals the company is preparing a triple-cam setup. The dual sensor is 16 MP + 24 MP, and the third one is also 16 MP. On the front, as it is touting camera and will reveal a 16 MP front-facing camera and two TOF lenses for 3D Face Unlock.

The images and the post of Zanilia Zhao reveal Honor will introduce its own AI assistant called Yoyo. According to the actress, it will also have witty responses to trivial questions such as “Who is prettier – me or you?”

The Honor Magic 2 is listed to get a 3,400mAh battery under the hood, with support for 40W fast charging. The phone will run EMUI 9.0, based on Android Pie, per TENAA, and will support dual-band GPS.
