Honor unveiled its Honor X8 4G smartphone in March 2022. Now, the brand has launched a 5G version of the phone. Dubbed Honor X8 5G, the device comes in a similar design, but its specs are less impressive than its 4G counterpart. Honor has not released any information about the price of the Honor X8 5G. There will be two colors available: Midnight Black and Ocean Blue.

Honor X8 5G Specifications

The Honor X8 5G is built around a 6.5-inch LCD panel that offers a Full HD+ resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate. 

Powered by the Snapdragon 480 Plus chipset, the Honor X8 5G packs 6GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. It comes pre-installed with Android 11-based Magic UI 4.2 OS. It runs on a 5,000mAh battery that supports 22.5W fast charging.

An 8-megapixel selfie camera is housed in the display notch. On the back panel, there is a triple camera unit that consists of a 48-megapixel main camera, a 2-megapixel macro lens, and a 2-megapixel depth-sensing camera.

Honor X8 5G features a side-facing fingerprint scanner. In terms of connectivity, it is equipped with dual SIM, 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, a USB-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
