A render of the upcoming Huawei P Smart Z has leaked online and gives us a clear view of a pop-up selfie camera and a dual-camera setup on the back. There’s not a lot of information to be gathered from the leaked image, but the presence of a pop-up selfie camera is certainly an interesting part of this smartphone as it is going to be the first smartphone from Huawei to feature pop-up selfie camera. Moreover, the Huawei P Smart Z is expected to be the next flagship smartphone from Huawei.

The leaked image shows a smartphone with a gradient glass back. Notably, the smartphone can be seen with a high screen to body ratio display and it does not feature a notch on top. It has a popup selfie camera placed on the left side. The rear side the smartphone has a vertically aligned dual camera set up along with an LED flash unit. There is also a fingerprint sensor on the rear which confirms the unavailability of the in-display fingerprint sensor.

According to the report, the back panel of the Huawei P Smart Z comes with curved sides that are likely to improve the grip of the phone. Huawei has added the volume rocker and the power button on the right side of the device towards the middle.

Further, the report suggests that the Huawei P Smart Z will be powered by the latest Kirin 710 SoC paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. The internal storage can be further expandable using microSD card up to 512GB. The front popup module houses a 16-megapixel selfie camera. On the back, the dual camera setup consists of a 16-megapixel primary sensor. Apart from this, there is a 2-megapixel depth sensor. Other details like connectivity options have not yet revealed. We should know them in coming weeks.

The company has not announced anything officially on the Huawei P Smart Z. So, there is no word on the launch date of the smartphone and we will have to wait until the company makes an official announcement about it.
