We have seen a lot of leaks and rumors around Lenovo’s upcoming Z5S smartphone. The device was recently spotted on Chinese certification site TENAA and the company has officially confirmed that its first triple-rear camera smartphone will be called the Lenovo Z5s. Earlier this week, Huawei also teased arrival of new smartphone with In-display camera in December.

However, there is no clue to say if the devive is the Lenovo Z5s itself but a recent teaser of the same device leaves no doubts regarding the same. The only thing different between Lenovo and Huawei’s implementation is the positioning of the camera lens. Lenovo opted symmetrical look while Huawei moves the sensor to a top left position to make it less distracting and noticeable.

Earlier, the same device was spotted on Weibo with the codename L78071 and it revealed some features of the device such as 6.3-inch display panel and a 3,210mAh battery. The TENAA image shows that there will be a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and the triple camera setup will be stacked vertically. The previous leaked image also indicated that there will be a volume rocker and the power button will be present on the right side of the device.
Even though the company did not reveal any information regarding the launch date, the Lenovo Z5s is expected to unveil on December 4 which is when the next Qualcomm flagship mobile CPU will also make a big appearance at an event in Hawaii.
