Lenovo Z5s – Lenovo’s First Triple Rear Camera Phone Spotted on TENAA

Last week, a smartphone with triple rear camera setup from Lenovo spotted on Chinese certification site TENAA confirming the Lenovo is also joining the triple camera bandwagon soon. Today, company official has confirmed the name of the upcoming triple camera smartphone on Weibo that it will be part of the P series.

The Vice President for Lenovo Mobile Business Group Chang Chen revealed the name of the phone on his personal Weibo social media handle. Chen revealed the name of the smartphone in clarification to a user claiming that the Lenovo will launch the device under the branding of Lenovo P20 Pro.

The smartphone does look similar to the Huawei P20 Pro in terms of the layout of the camera. Initially, this phone was spotted by MySmartPrice and the leaked images of the phone on MySmartPrice also indicate that the volume rocker and the power button will be present on the right side of the device.

Earlier, the same device was spotted on Weibo with the codename L78071 and it revealed some features of the device such as 6.3-inch display panel and a 3,210mAh battery. The TENAA image shows that there will be a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and the triple camera setup will be stacked vertically. Furthermore, the smartphone will measure 156.7×74.5×7.8mm in size, as per the TENAA listing.

Even though the company did not reveal any information regarding the launch date, we can expect this triple camera smartphone from Lenovo to launch in upcoming weeks.
