Now, A new report arising from China is suggesting that a Galaxy S10 could come in four variants and the top end model could feature a whopping 12GB of RAM. Previously, this was hinted by an analyst report.

Probably it leaves us in a dilemma that Samsung even not released any device with 10GB RAM yet, this means the company took a long jump to 12GB, it would definitely increase prices of the device.
