Motorola is working on another smartphone which will be coming to the market soon. A report from last month had claimed that the upcoming Motorola device will be fuelled by the Samsung’s 10nm Exynos 9610 chipset. Later, another report hinted that one of the two smartphones could be the Motorola P40, which is the successor of Motorola P30. Today, the new device popped up on Geekbench with model number Motorola One ‘Vision’ which revealed specs of the device.
According to the Geekbench listing, Motorola One ‘Vision’ will be powered by a 10nm Exynos 9610 chipset under the hood. As you can see in the Geekbench benchmark listing above, the Motorola One ‘Vision’ scored an impressive 1,599 points in the single-core test and 5,328 points in the multi-core test. The Geekbench listing also confirms the smartphone packs 6GB of RAM. In terms of software, the Motorola One ‘Vision’ has been caught running on the Android 9 Pie operating system, which suggests the handset will launch with the latest Android version out of the box.
For now, there are no release dates available for Motorola One ‘Vision’ but we do expect it to launch sometime early next month.
Here is what we know so far about the upcoming Motorola P40. It is said to feature a 6.2-inch notched display. There will be a dual camera set up at the back with a combination of 48-megapixel primary sensor and another unknown secondary sensor. There will be a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor embedded inside the Motorola batwing logo. The details of the front camera are unknown for now. The device will be offered in a total of three RAM and memory configurations: 3GB RAM + 32GB storage, 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant and 4GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. According to the rumors, the Motorola P40 will be available in Blue and Gold color variants.
