Nokia X71 with Punch-hole Display & 48MP Triple Cameras to Launch on April 2nd

HMD Global, Nokia has confirmed a launch date to unveil its latest smartphone Nokia X71 on April 2nd in Taiwan. Nokia brought its pride once again with its latest Nokia 9 Pureview with a Penta camera setup on its rear side which is a standout feature. In this event, the Nokia also confirmed to formally launch the flagship Nokia 9 PureView in Taiwan.

Nokia’s all-new design Nokia X71 is the first smartphone that comes with a complete bezel-less display with a small cutout on the left side. To remind you, Nokia new smartphone with a punch-hole display is rumoured for quite some time.

As per the recent rumours, The Nokia X71  is widely expected to come with a ZEISS triple camera setup on the rear featuring a 48MP  primary sensor and a 120-degree ultra-wide-angle sensor. The third sensor could be used either for 2x optical zoom or bokeh effect.

Like other Nokia phones, the new handset joins the grand family by running on new Android 9.0 Pie out of the box. Recently, the handset with model number Nokia TA-1167 passes Taiwanese certification which is widely expected to be Nokia X71.

The Nokia pureview was showcased in the great mobile event in MWC at San Fransisco.T he handset accommodates five rear cameras but lacks the wide-angle sensor or a telephoto sensor.

Coming to specs, the device fuelled by the last-gen Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 Mobile Platform and sports a 5.99-inch AMOLED display with Quad HD resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio.

On imaging, There are five rear cameras where three are 12MP RGB sensors and two 12MP Monochrome sensors for capturing photos and videos with greater details. The device is mentioned capture photos with a greater dynamic range, more accurate depth-of-field,  and native black and white colours`.
