Oppo A77 announced in India 50MP dual cameras, Helio G35 chipset

In India, Oppo has launched the Oppo A77, a new budget 4G phone. The key highlights of the device are 50MP dual cameras, a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support, a MediaTek Helio G35 SoC, and more. The Oppo A77 5G version was launched in Thailand two months ago, but the company chose to launch the 4G version in India instead.

The Oppo A77 comes in a single model with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. It costs Rs 15,499 and it is available for buyers in the offline market. ICICI bank cardholders will also receive a 10 percent cashback on the purchase of the device.

Oppo A77 is equipped with a 6.56-inch HD+ LCD display that supports a standard 60Hz refresh rate. Powered by the MediaTek Helio G35 chipset, it has 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, which can be expanded with a microSD card. 

In terms of optics, the phone is equipped with a 50MP primary camera and a 2MP secondary sensor with night features. On the front, there is an 8MP AI portrait lens.

The device will boot a custom ColorOS 12.1 skin based on Android 12. There is a 5000mAh battery in the OPPO A77, along with 33W fast charging support. The device has ultra-linear dual stereo speakers and a side-facing fingerprint scanner. 

In terms of connectivity, the device offers dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, USB-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
