Before its release on August 18, Realme Book (Slim) appeared on a teaser poster on Twitter. The poster was posted by Twitter user @TechTipster_, and appears to be a Realme Book (Slim) China version, and has revealed its specifications and pricing ahead of the launch.

As per the tweet, the Realme Book (Slim) is expected to cost CNY 4,699 (roughly Rs 54,000), according to reports that suggest it will cost more than Rs 55,000 in India.

Specification-wise, a leak suggests the Realme Book (Slim) will sport a 14-inch display with a 2K resolution and 3:2 aspect ratio, Intel’s 11th generation Core i5-1135G7 processor, 16GB DDR4 memory, a 512GB SSD, and it is claimed to deliver 11 hours of battery life. The battery is also said to support 65W fast charging.

Additional features include dual speakers that are DTS-certified and Harman-Kardon branding. In addition to the 3.5mm audio port, the laptop is expected to come with two USB-C ports and one USB-A port. 

Realme Book (Slim) will compete with new generation laptops from Xiaomi, including the updated Mi Notebook. The Realme is focused on providing a business ultrabook with premium aesthetics at an affordable price, but Xiaomi’s upcoming Mi Notebook is said to launch with a much-awaited backlit keyboard, an integrated webcam, 16:10 display, discrete GPU, and more powerful processors.
