Xiaomi separated Redmi brand after the launch of its first smartphone Redmi Note 7 which got great applause in Mobile market is now came up with a new teaser of its another upcoming smartphone flooded on the internet. As per the new poster, the upcoming device called Redmi X could launch on February 15. The poster reveals the new device will come with Under Display Fingerprint scanner. However, the company doesn’t reveal much about the device specifications, pricing and launch date.
This teaser post was first spotted by PlayfulDroid, As per the poster, the new device is likely a budget smartphone that aims the midrange market. As per previous rumours, the company is likely working on RedMi 7 series and the new Redmi X is expected to sport aupgradedspes than that Redmi 7 lineup.
As per the report, The new device likely continues with a water-drop style display notch like Redmi Note 7 and armed by a Snapdragon 710. The report also includes that the company may launch numerous devices including Redmi X, Redmi 7 lineup.
The reason we speculate the numerous devices launch because the company also revealed a teaser of its upcoming Xioami Mi 9 device launch on February so it won’t make sense to hold separate launch events. To be noted, This poster is not an official teaser from the company so it also points to be taken that this poster doesn’t be the real one.
If at all the smartphone comes with an In display fingerprint scanner at such a low price segment as hinted on the post then this will absolutely leap for the company because no other rival smartphone maker offers the UD Display scanner at such lower price.
