After introducing its midrange segments smartphone with Galaxy M-series now the Samsung set to revamp its midrange segment with Galaxy A-series.Already we have seen a set of Galaxy A-series smartphones A10, A30 and A50 launched in India back in February. Now the company included a new entrant Galaxy A20 in its midrange smartphone list. Similar to another A-series smartphones the Galaxy A20 too is a budget offering with some impressive features like 6.4 inches Super AMOLED bezel-less display, dual-rear cameras and more. Galaxy A20 specifications
Speaking about specifications, On Display front, The smartphone features a 6.4-inch HD+ SUPER AMOLED Infinity U display with 720 x 1,560 pixels resolution. On Designwise, Like other A series smartphones this device also covers with polycarbonate build and has a waterdrop notch above the display to accommodate the selfie shooter.
In terms of hardware, The device is fuelled by an Exynos 7884 SoC clocked at 1.8GHz octa-core processor the one seen in Galaxy A10.T he handset is paired by a 3GB RAM and 32GB storage that is further expandable up to 512GB via a microSD card.
On the software front, The device is preloaded by Android 9.0 Pie out of the box skinned under One UI. The smartphone got rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and also a face unlocks feature with its front shooter.
For a camera, The device includes a dual rear camera setup which consists of a 13MP primary and a 5MP secondary shooter. There is an 8MP front-facing shooter for selfies. To power up the device, The handset is housed by a 4000mAh battery.
Price and availability:
The handset is unveiled not in India but in Russia, the good news is we can see the device soon in India and other markets as well. As for the price, Galaxy A20 is priced at RUB 13,990 (Rs 14,900 approx.) and is available in Black and Blue colours.
However, the exact date when the Galaxy A20 will launch in other markets is yet to confirm where we do know the actual price of the device.
