Samsung Galaxy M40 Full Specifications Leaked Ahead of Official Launch on June 11

Samsung is working on its next smartphone under the M series – Galaxy M40. As per the previous leaks, the Samsung Galaxy M40 will go official on June 11. The brand is teasing the smartphone for a long time revealing it bit by bit. In addition, some leaks and rumors leave nothing to our imagination. Now, ahead of the official launch on June 11 launch, full specifications related to the smartphone have surfaced online.

Samsung Galaxy M40 to Pack 3500mAh Battery?

Previous reports had claimed that the Galaxy M40 would come with a massive 5000mAh battery, similar to the Galaxy M30 and Galaxy M20. However, the new report from SamMobile claims the Galaxy M40 will feature a 3500mAh battery. It is likely to support for at least 15W fast charging.

Furthermore, the upcoming Galaxy M40 will feature a triple-camera setup at the rear with a 32MP primary sensor, 5MP depth sensor, and an 8MP ultra-wide snapper. Uo front, there will be a 16MP selfie shooter.

According to the leaks, Samsung’s latest smartphone will feature 6.3-inch Infinity-O Super AMOLED display with 1080 x 2340 pixels Full HD+ resolution and a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The leak further reported that the phone will house a Qualcomm’s 11nm Snapdragon 675 processor paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory.  The phone will feature Android 9 Pie with Samsung’s OneUI skin on the top. Thus, the handset will be the first phone from Galaxy M-series to launch with Android 9 Pie out-of-the-box. To recall, all other Galaxy M-series smartphones were all launched with Android 8.1 Oreo operating system and started receiving the Pie update only a few days back.

It is worth to mention that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy M40 will be sold via Amazon.in as well as Samsung’s online store in India. As for the price, it is expected to be priced under Rs. 20,000 in the country.
