Samsung Galaxy Note 9 India pre-order begins August 19

From previous reports we got confirmed about the much anticipated Samsung’s second flagship phone is holding an Unpacked event in New York City on Aug 9 of this year. According to a new report, the Galaxy Note 9 will be arriving in India soon after its global debut. Then what next When can the people get the gadget into their hands.

Now, a 91Mobiles report claims the Galaxy Note 9 will be available in India for pre-orders as early as August 19. The report quotes industry sources, who reveal that Samsung Galaxy Note 9 will be launched in India within a week of its global debut, between  August 12 to August 16. The phone is said to go on sale in the first week of September.

Samsung Galaxy Note 9: Price in India

According to the report, Galaxy Note 9 base variant could be priced between Rs.70,000 and Rs.75,000 in India. The report also claims the flagship smartphone could carry a  price tag of Rs.72,990 in the country. All these details are taken as a pinch of salt since the company itself didn’t announce about Samsung’s flagship launch in India.

Samsung Galaxy Note 9: Leaked Specifications, Features

According to the leak readers that the handset s expected will come with a 6.3-inch super AMOLED display and a screen aspect ratio of 19.2:9. The upcoming Note phone will be similar to the Note 8 in terms of design, though the fingerprint sensor will be repositioned.

When it comes to performance, the variant to be launched in India is expected to be powered by an Exynos 9810 octa-core processor, the same chip that powers the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus smartphones.

In the memory department, the upcoming flagship phablet from Samsung will feature 6GB of RAM and up to 256GB of onboard storage.

Samsung Galaxy Note 9 will sport dual rear cameras, a combination of 12MP+12MP sensors, both with OIS. The Note 9’s front camera will be 8MP.

The phone could ship with a 4,000mAh battery with support for fast charging technology.
