Samsung Galaxy S10+ to Launch with 7.8mm Thick Body, 4000mAh Battery

Samsung is expected to unveil the new Galaxy S10 series at the Mobile World Conference to be held on February 20 this year. We learned quite a few details about the Samsung Galaxy S10+ over the past few days. A new leak by Ice Universe now tells us that the phone will have a 7.8mm thick body along with 4,000mAh battery.

Previous leaks revealed that the Samsung will launch three models under its Galaxy S10 series – the Galaxy S10, the Galaxy S10+, and the ‘Lite’ model Galaxy S10 E or Galaxy S10 Lite. Ice Universe had earlier hinted that upcoming Samsung Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+, and Galaxy S10 Lite will launch with a 3,500mAh, a 4,000mAh and a 3,100mAh battery,respectively.

The news comes from Ice Universe, who has produced a number of accurate reports about various unreleased Android devices. According to Ice Universe the Samsung Galaxy S10 series will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC or Exynos 9820 SoC (depending on the region). Of course, Samsung might not call it a “Lite” model, but it will be sold as “Samsung Galaxy S10 E”.

According to previous reports, Samsung Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+ and Galaxy S10 Lite will offer 6.1-inch, 6.4-inch and 5.8-inch displays respectively. Samsung Galaxy S10 is said to come with Infinity-O display, whereas alleged Samsung Galaxy S10E is exe to include a flat display. All the three phones from Galaxy S10 series are Samsung Galaxy S10 smartphones are expected to come with thinner bezels on the top and bottom.

Just a few days ago, Mobile Fun (the Chinese supplier of UK’s online retailer) also suggested about the ‘Lite’ model of Galaxy S10 believed to be Galaxy S10E . Rumors about the Samsung Galaxy S10 E claims that the “Lite” variant will have a dual cameras on the rear, whereas the Galaxy S10 will come with triple rear cameras, with one being a telephoto lens and other an ultra-wide angle lens. Coming to the The Galaxy S10+, it is expected to come with a quad camera setup at the back, fourth camera on the Galaxy S10 will be the ToF (Time of Flight) sensor that could enable the 3D sensing.
