Vivo V17 Pro is expected to launch in India this month. But ahead of the official debut, purported camera samples and specifications of the upcoming Vivo phone have surfaced online. Separately, renders of the Vivo V17 Pro have been leaked online to show off its dual-lens pop-up selfie camera and the quad rear camera setup.
According to renders, the front of the Vivo V17 Pro is equipped with a notch-less design and the smartphone is also equipped with an in-screen fingerprint reader. The right side of the phone features a volume controller and a power button and there seems to be a dedicated button for accessing Google assistant on its right edge. As per the report, the Vivo V17 Pro features a 6.44-inch S-AMOLED display that has 1080 x 2440 pixels and a tall aspect ratio of 21:9.
Furthermore, the quad-camera system placed on the back panel includes a 48-megapixel followed by an ultrawide sensor and a pair of 2-megapixel. The front of the smartphone has a 32-megapixel sensor with wide-angle shooting capabilities and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
Talking about the other specs, the Vivo V17 Pro will be fuelled by the Snapdragon 675 SoC. This is the same SoC that powers Vivo V15 Pro smartphone that was launched earlier this year. The chipset will be coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Ticking all these is a 4100mAh battery. On the software front, it will run Android 9 Pie OS with company’s own FunTouch OS skin. The device has a thickness of 9.8mm and it weighs 202 grams.

In a separate leak, the camera samples of the V17 Pro showcases the camera capabilities of the upcoming Vivo phone. The leaked camera sample shows that the Chinese firm has collaborated with NatGeo Traveler India. The Vivo V17 Pro commercial states that the AI Quad Cameras of the smartphone is paired with Super Night Mode for shooting impressive shots in low-light conditions. The below-shown poster of the phone carries ‘Wider Selfie, Clearer Night’ tagline for the phone.
