After a few teasers, Xiaomi has finally launched its Redmi Smart TV X series in India. The new television series by Xiaomi includes three models – Redmi Smart TV X65, X55, and X50. The new TVs come with support for the Mi Home app through which users can control and monitor all their IoT products supported on the TVs.
Redmi Smart TV X Series Price in India, Availability, Launch Offers
The Redmi Smart TV X50 variant is priced at Rs. 32,999, while the Redmi Smart TV X55 variant is priced at Rs. 38,999. The top model, Redmi Smart X65, on the other hand, priced at Rs 57,999 in India. The television will go on sale on March 26, and will initially be available on Amazon.in, mi.com, Mi Home, and Mi Studio. The company has announced that the televisions will soon also be available through offline stores. Buyers can also avail flat Rs 2000 instant discount using ICICI Bank Credit Cards & EMI and up to Rs 1700 on subscription offers from Zee5, Aha, Hungama Play, Hoichoi.
Redmi Smart TV X Series Specifications
Powered with a 64-bit quad-core A55 processor coupled with Mali G52 graphics and 30W stereo speakers with Dolby Audio and support for DTS Virtual:X, the Redmi Smart TV X series comes in three variants – 50 inch, 55 inch, and 65 inch. The processor is paired with 2GB RAM and 16GB of storage. All three TVs run on Android TV 10 platform, which means you will get Google Play Store, Google Assistant as well as built-in Chromecast.
Redmi Smart TV X series comes with a 4K panel with a resolution of 3840 x 2160 and powered with Vivid Picture Engine, Dolby Vision and HDR 10+, Reality Flow display, that brings Motion Estimation, Motion Compensation to the segment. They also have ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode) that ensures minimal lag, as low as 5ms at 4K 60fps during gameplay via consoles.
The televisions also come pre-installed with the latest version of PatchWall which offers content from 25+ partners across 16 diverse languages. As for the connectivity, the series comes with HDMI 2.1 compatible ports, two USB, one optical port and 3.5 mm jack, AV input, network port, and auxiliary port. They have Bluetooth 5.0 and Dual-Band WiFi support.
