Honor 50 and Honor 50 Pro smartphones were recently launched in Malaysia. Now, the brand has unveiled Honor 50 globally alongside the Honor 50 Lite. Read on to know about specs, price, and availability details.
Honor 50, 50 Lite price and availability
Honor 50 is available in two configurations – 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage. These variants are priced at EUR 529 (approx. 46,000), and EUR 599 (approx. 52,000), respectively. On November 4, preorders will begin, and sales will begin on November 3. Those who purchase the smartphone early will also receive the Honor Earbuds 2 Lite true wireless earphones for free.
For those interested in the 50 Lite, there is only one variant with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, priced at EUR 299 (approximately Rs 26,000). It will go on sale on November 18. Deep Sea Blue, Space Silver, and Midnight Black will be the available color options.
Honor 50 specifications
In addition to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, the Honor 50 is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G 5G SoC. It has a 6.57-inch OLED display that offers Full HD+ resolution, 21:9 aspect ratio. The screen is curved at the two edges and comes with a centrally aligned drill hole slot for the front camera.
The smartphone’s back camera setup includes a 108MP primary sensor, an 8MP secondary camera, a pair of 2MP sensors alongwith the LED flash. The rear camera is also capable of recording 4K video. Upfront, there is a 32MP sensor for selfies.
In terms of battery, the Honor 50 has a 4,300mAh capacity with 66W fast charging. The phone runs Magic UI 4.2 skin. In terms of dimensions, it measures 7.78mm in thickness and weighs 175 grams.
Honor 50 Lite specifications
On the other hand, the Honor 50 Lite packs a Snapdragon 662 SoC coupled with up to 6GB RAM. This 4G device flaunts a 6.67-inch full HD+ LCD display with 120Hz refresh rate support. The punch-hole cutout sports a 16MP front camera for selfies. On the rear, it has a 64MP main sensor, an 8MP secondary camera, a pair of 2MP sensors. 
Battery-wise, the Honor 50 has a 4,300mAh capacity and 66W fast charging. It runs the Magic UI 4.2 skin. It has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm audio jack, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, USB-C port.
