Xiaomi has been actively introducing new smartphones as they revealed two of its most powerful smartphones Mi 9, Mi 9SE and two new mid-range phones; Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Note 7 Pro under the new sub-brand Redmi. While these Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Note 7 Pro are believed to be quite an ambitious phones as their most popular handsets come from the Redmi Note Series. Now the Chinese smartphone manufacturer is reportedly working on Redmi 7, the successor of Redmi 6.

Now in the latest development, the new Redmi 7 smartphone is seen on TENAA listing along with few specifications getting unsurfaced through the listing. The phone is expected to sport a 6.26-inch HD+ display with 1520 x 720 pixels resolution along with packing a massive 3900 mAh battery. The listing mentions the model number as M1810F6LE shows the device will come powered by the 1.8GHz octa-core processor with three RAM and storage configurations: 2GB RAM + 16GB, 3GB RAM + 32GB, and 4GB RAM + 64GB. All these three variants internal storage can be expandable up to via a MicroSD card slot.

According to the listing, the on the rear of the device is there is a 12-megapixel sensor, although the listing does not reveal the secondary sensor details. Coming to the front, there is only an 8MP single camera sensor for selfies. It runs on Android 9 Pie out of the box with the MIUI 10 laid on top. It measures 158.65 × 76.43 × 8.9 mm and its weight as 180 grams. Even though there are no pictures on the listing, TENAA says the device will be available in black, red, blue, pink, white, green, purple, and gray color options.

Further specification details of the Redmi 7 are scarce and we would have to wait to get clarity when is Xiaomi planning to introduce the Redmi 7. However, the Redmi 7 has already been certified in Thailand, Indonesia, and Singapore which means it will also launch in these markets but it is still unknown which country will be getting the device first. The company already scheduled an event for the launch of Redmi Note 7 Pro on March 18 in China. So, we can expect Xiaomi to release the Redmi 7 is also announced along with it.
