Redmi 9i Price, Availability
Redmi 9i price is set for Rs 8,299 for the 4GB + 64GB model while the 4GB + 128GB model price is set for Rs 9,299. Nature Green, Sea Blue, and Midnight Black are the three colour options of the phone. The first sale of the Redmi 9i will take place on September 18 at 12 PM (noon) via Flipkart, Mi.com, and Mi Store.

Redmi 9i sports a 6.53-inch IPS LCD panel with a waterdrop notch to accommodate the selfie snapper. The screen offers an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1600 and an aspect ratio of 20:9.
It is powered by the 2.0GHz octa-core Helio G25 SoC paired with 4GB LPDDR4x RAM, and up to 128GB storage that is further expandable via microSD card. The phone runs on Android 10 OS with MIUI 12 on top.
As for the optics, the Redmi 9i has single 13-megapixel camera with an LED flash. On the front, it has an 5MP snapper for selfies and video chats. The camera features include AI scene detection, portrait mode, Pro mode.
While the phone lacks fingerprint scanner, it has face unlock feature. The 5,000mAh battery of the phone supports 10W fast charging. On the connectivity front, the device supports dual SIM slot, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, microUSB, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a P2i splash-resistant nano-coating.
