Vivo V23e 5G spotted on Geekbench, key details revealed

Vivo V23e 5G has reportedly been spotted on Geekbench right before its launch next week. This benchmarking site offers a glimpse at the specs of the upcoming Vivo smartphone. There is also a dedicated microsite on Vivo’s Thailand site. Vivo has teased that its upcoming Vivo V23e 5G phone will have a 44-megapixel camera, unlike the 4G version, which has a 50-megapixel camera. Earlier this week, a leak revealed the Vivo V23e 5G’s colour options, RAM, and storage options.

Geekbench has multiple listings for the Vivo device with model number V2126, believed to be the Vivo V23e 5G. During its single-core test, it scored between 471 and 558 points, and it scored 1,551 to 1,726 during its multi-core test. According to the listing, the Vivo smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC, codenamed MT6833V/PNZA V. It is accompanied by 8GB of RAM and boots Android 11 out of the box.

This week, Vivo confirmed the launch of the V23e 5G, and Vivo’s Thailand website has a dedicated microsite for the device. The microsite does not disclose many details about the phone, except that it will have a 44-megapixel primary camera and an ultra-wide-angle lens. The smartphone seen on the microsite looks similar to the Vivo V23e 4G launched earlier this month in Vietnam.

Sudhanshu Ambhore shared the official renders and key specs of this smartphone earlier this week. According to Ambhore, the Vivo V23e 5G will be available in Moonlight Shadow and Sunshine Coast colors. The Vivo V23e 5G is said to come in a single variant with 8GB and 128GB of storage.

The renders show a waterdrop notch on the front of the phone for the selfie camera. There are thick bezels around the flat display and an even thicker chin. On the bottom, the Vivo V23e 5G has a USB Type-C port and a speaker grille. On the right spine of the smartphone is a volume rocker and a power button.
